Returns

Follow the steps below for returns / exchanges:

  1. Go to your order confirmation email
  2. At the bottom of the message you will see a button ‘Return’, click on this to continue the return process
  3. Choose the product for your return and indicate whether you want to exchange for a different size (free shipping label)
    or want to return for a refund (costs for shipping label are for your own account)
  4. Print the label and then add the original packing slip / return form to your package and stick the PostNL label on the package
  5. Deliver your package to a PostNL Parcel Point near you
  6. Have you opted for a size exchange? You will receive your new size within 1 to 2 working days
    address of the original order.
  7. Have you opted for a return with refund only? You will receive your money back within 5 to 7 working days.

Return conditions

  • Your packing slip / return form is required for all returns / exchanges. Have you lost these? Then write your order number and name
    on an A4 sheet and add it to the package
  • Returns are only possible if this takes place within 30 days of the delivery date
    You can create a free return label if you choose a size exchange. You can do that
    immediately indicate which size you want to receive.
  • Exchanges can only take place if it concerns a different size of a previously ordered product.
  • Do you want a different color or different product? Then please place a new order in our webshop.
  • If you choose only a return for only a refund of the purchase amount, the
    return costs for your own account (at a reduced rate via our portal)
  • Returns can only be submitted with a label via our portal and to a PostNL Parcel Point.
    otherwise, regardless of an exchange or refund, the full return costs are for your own account.
  • We only accept unused and unaltered products for refund or
    exchange. All labels must be attached.
  • House for Scale reserves the right to refuse returns if the return policy is abused.
  • If you received a free gift with your purchase and are returning bracelets for a refund,
    the free gift must also be returned. If not, it will be a free gift for the
    depreciated in full value of the product.
