Ordering on houseforscale.com is easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Search and select the desired product.
  2. Add it to your shopping cart.
  3. Go to your shopping cart and enter the delivery country, payment method and shipping method.
  4. Go to the checkout page and enter your personal information.
  5. Choose a payment method (e.g. iDeal or credit card).
  6. Check and pay securely online. If you have any problems, please contact customer service at info@artiscale.nl.

After completing your online order, we will immediately produce your purchase in our 3D printing studio. For smaller models, the production time is shorter and we can deliver them faster.

  • You will receive the Small and Medium products within 3 working days.
  • You will receive the Large and Extra large products within 5 working days.

In the case of products that are made to order, a delivery date will be provided in advance.

Of course, we are also dependent on the carrier and are not liable for any delays caused by them. Our delivery times may also deviate from our regular delivery times during public holidays.

To pay for your online order, you can choose from the following payment methods: iDeal (NL), Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Bancontact.

In all cases you must pay for your order in advance. Choose the payment method that suits you best to complete your order.

We ship with PostNL to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg and Austria.

It sometimes happens that the confirmation email has ended up in your spam box, but just to be sure, you can check this again. If you ordered more than 30 minutes ago and you have not received a confirmation by email, please contact info@artiscale.nl.

You can always track your package with the track and trace code you received by email. If you have not yet received this message, it may have ended up in your spam inbox or your order may not yet be on its way. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, it will be delivered to the neighbors or a new delivery attempt will be made or the package will be offered to the nearest PostNL point. View the track and trace information to see where your package currently is.

For all products offered in the webshop:

Of course, no problem. You can return part or all of your order without giving a reason. Of course, we would prefer to know why you do not want to keep the order in order to improve our service and offering. A return option applies to all online orders. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the package. The package must then be received by House for Scale within 14 days of the return notification.

If you have received the wrong product or a damaged product, please always contact our customer service via email info@artiscale.nl.

As soon as we have received the return shipment in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount and shipping costs within 14 days. The credit will be paid with the same payment method you used to pay us. If you wish to keep certain items and only return part of the order, the shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed. The postage costs for the return shipment will not be reimbursed.

Exception for other products that are specifically made to order:

Products manufactured to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
